Handmade macramé tapestry.

This macramé has its own name and it's called Anna. It is designed and handmade in my atelier in Barcelona by myself, Marta López.

It is made to order.

You can hang it to decorate a wall in the living room, in a hallway, on the stairs or centered on the headboard of a double bed for example!

I make it with 100% natural cotton cord approx. 6 mm thick. and a natural wood stick treated, sanded and varnished with water-based varnishes. The stick has a hole at each end with a string that acts as a hanger. This way the rope that you hang on the hook will never come out of the sides. You will have to hang it by putting a hook on your wall. (not included)

Measurs:

- Length of the stick: 91-94 cm
- Width of the tapestry: 86-89 cm
- Height of the side of the tapestry (shorter): 55-58 cm
- Height of the center of the tapestry finished in tip: 71-74 cm

Each of my creations are produced in my workshop and no two are alike. It is a unique piece made with organic fibre. It can have small variations that give it character and make the work unique.

It takes 6 to 8 working days to produce it and one more to ship it.

The days from shipment to delivery will depend on the destination and are an approximation. Average delivery times:

Germany, France, UK, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Holland: 6 working days.
Rest of European Union: 8 working days
United States: 10 working days.
Rest of the world: 2-3 weeks

Payments

You can pay using credit card, is the more fast, esy and free taxes way to pay. You can also pay using Paypal and doing a trasference if you prefere. We will send your order when the payment will be accepted.

Shipping from Spain

We ship the articles from Barcelona (Spain) in more or less 3 -5 days from the order. This depends on if its a finished article still in stock or if it is an order we have to do from the begining or a special personalized order. In each case we will write you and tell you how long it is going to take. Once shipped you'll receive the product within...:

2 working days if yo are in Spain
9-12 working days if you are in Europe
14-16 working days if you are in America
3 weeks if you are in Australia

All this is aproximately. We and the shipping company who we work with will do it as fast as we can. Post Office Customs Duty could always retain an item.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

If you are not happy with the article we accept returns if it is not a personallized item specially for you.
You must contact us and we will accept the return of the item. We have to receive it in a term of 14 days máximum since the item was delivered. Once we had received the article in original condition, we will refund the money excluding the shipping costs. The lamp must be in original condition.

The customer will pay the return shipping. Items lost in return shipping will not be refunded.

If, after the delivery attempt, the package has not been delivered and the buyer does not go to pick it up within the days indicated by the shipping services, when after this the package is no longer available, we will not be responsible for the product or its cost.

In the event of a "return to the sender" (LuzdePapel) we will not be able to refund the cost of the product until we have received it under the same conditions as we sent it. This process can be slow. The returns (not paid) are made by very slow routes with many stops in different countries.
